            For questionnaire 2, three factors had eigenvalues over Kaiser’s criterion of 1, and in combination, it

            explained  71.102%  of  the  variance.  The  instrument  was  aimed  to  extract  three  factors  as  in  the

            original.  The  clustering  of  items  suggests  that  Factor  1  represents  the  ‘Sensing’  domain,  Factor  2
            represents the ‘Transforming’ domain and factor 3 represents the ‘Seizing’ domain. On the reliability

            test of the scale, overall Cronbach Alpha was 0.893 which is well above the accepted level. Table 2
            shows the factor structure of questionnaire 2.
